Cascade Alliance is a program of St. Vincent de Paul Society of Lane County, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization based in Eugene, Oregon. This page describes how we handle information collected through cascadealliance.us.
Information we collect
Readiness survey responses — when you voluntarily complete the Google Form linked from our site, we receive the answers you submit.
Email correspondence — when you email [email protected], we retain your message.
Minimal server logs — our hosting stack records standard access logs (IP, user agent, request URL, timestamp) for security and operational troubleshooting. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not linked to personal identity.
We do not use third-party advertising trackers, marketing cookies, or session recording. The site does not set any cookies of its own.
How we use information
To evaluate whether your organization may be a good fit for Cascade Alliance membership.
To respond to your inquiry and follow up about network activities, consulting engagements, or member resources.
To maintain the security and reliability of the website.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to any third party.
Third-party services
Google Forms is used for the readiness survey. Google's privacy policy applies to data submitted through the form. See policies.google.com/privacy.
Google Fonts is used to serve the site's typography. Font files are loaded from Google's CDN; Google may log the requesting IP per its standard service behavior.
Cloudflare proxies traffic to our origin. Cloudflare may log request metadata for security and performance; see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
Your rights
You may request a copy of, correction to, or deletion of information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable period, typically 30 days.
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Updates
If we materially change how we handle information, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will also be announced through our newsletter for subscribers.
